You mentioned the things that matter, if it doesn't fall under one of these categories it is most likely not needed: cabinet, appliance, floor, paint, countertop, window, shower, vanities, lighting, fence, window, blind, sink, toilet, doors.

My nicest apartments are terrible and the tenant downstairs can hear the tenants upstairs closing kitchen cabinets.
