You should get thee to the file cabinet, safety deposit box or simply contact your closing attorney and find out how you hold title to your property (and again, ask your parents, grandparents or kids, etc.).

With more demand for labor and materials, we have to hope that more workers enter the construction labor force, more companies hire and train to enable this, and more competition enters the space for construction materials. i don't know how it is in other areas, but I am hearing more and more about people sending their measurements/plans of their house digitally to china, and they get a container with a kitchen in it, with counters and sinks and cabinets for cheapnot sure if it is here since we are closer to china and have a ton of immigrants, but perhaps in the western coastal big cities tooalohasteve

They are 1.25% and 1.1% houses, even less after these crazy closing costs.Those are both houses I would live in, but of course I wont since they are investments...One on a cul-de-sac, the other on a private dead end street, and I am getting them for well below market and they need almost no repairs, but I will change kitchen cabinets and maybe do some bathroom tile myself to get a better tenant.Both in Sarasota in the same zip code, in one of the more decent neighborhoods where ladies aren't afraid to go jogging on the streets at any hour..These are both good deals, but I want a great deal already, lol.
