This is my first time having a tenant want to break their lease agreement early.  

It is truly exciting to have been raised here and watch the town spruce up with major developments go from planning to breaking ground and higher than the previous development.

In both of my house hacks, the goal was to break even on my hard costs knowing that at some point the PMI is going away and in Los Angeles we can have good appreciation. 

I find it alarming that a trustee either doesn't know the bylaws or is purposely breaking them to serve their own interests. 

You may be gaining muscles now, so while your body is getting stronger and healthier, your weight does not go down.
