Beautiful.

To me painting cabinets is covering up older ones to make them pop again and put new hardware on.Real wood cabinets the stain would show the beauty of the wood unless you are buying cheap particle board type stuff which I would understand painting them.

I'd probably find a place in that vicinity, maybe San Antonio cause it's beautiful down there!

And, in listsource, I have been google street viewing most of the properties that I have been getting, and they have all been beautiful houses.

Has anyone out in BPland used one of these or perhaps another deck product that promises to restore a deck to its original beauty and last a decade?

I'm assuming about a 3-4% annual increase in value over the next five years and I can probably rent it out fairly quickly.OR I could get a BEAUTIFUL, well-maintained single family home for $325K, 2900 square feet, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, really desirable neighborhood.
