Actually, lots of owners and tenants have had bad reviews of them on BBB. 

My learning is based around multifamily apartments as this is my niche of choice and have been learning through David Lindahls books and attempting to put this information into action by researching data on different markets (state, to MSA, to suburb/towns).

This may not be obscure knowledge, but it blew my mind when a kitchen retailer gave me this tip yesterday: When rehabbing a kitchen, don't replace the cabinet boxes unless they are in bad shape (or you're using a natural wood finish that you won't be able to color match).

That said, I am only talking about UK regulated sites (available across the EU).As someone who is not familiar with the USA choices, I am finding the regulatory differences very interesting.
