@William Wright if you will continue to self manage, you might consider upgrading to Buildium or Appfolio long term as they both ave accounting platforms built in as well as being PM software.

Moreover, I think there will also be more automation on the home building side selling direct to home buyers.

My STR software provider, Brightside, has agreed to write and support the software package for me.There are some key differences - the biggest one is that I will be renting by the hour, rather than by the day.
