Hi everyone, I would love to hear your opinion, we want to do an inspection of the roofs of our houses these are flat roofs of single-family homes located in West Philadelphia.

Plus, some owners are using the pandemic to remodel stores, install flat-screen TVs, and add free Wi-Fi in stores.

I have several family members in both of those areas (don’t know about how good of work they do) but as I think about it, it’s probably best to leave family out of it altogether.

I’m wondering if I can stop them from this repair altogether, or if I can just get out of the lease because they violated some sort of terms and have them compensate me for the hassle.If you know anything, please let me know.
