Hello everyone, i'm TinaI've been looking into real estate for a long time. a long long long looong time. i do believe that real estate investing brings success yet I've been so scared to take action.like a deer in headlightsi listen to podcast, read books, read forums and watch a bunch of videos. yet when it time to act.. i don't know.i really want to change all that this year so if anyone can help, I'd be grateful. so please, tell me how you was able to take action and not be afraid of what you learn and to be confident in what you know and how it could work.

In general, it's my personal experience that too many agents and brokers are afraid of stepping outside the narrow scope of real estate in which they were trained.

I'm afraid that by the time my mailers arrived, it would be too late.  

In this area, Craigslist is the goto source for rentals, even the PM companies use it heavily.With this being our first partner deal and "professional" buy I'm afraid I am missing something that may be glaring right at me.

I really want to invest in B'more but afraid of bad contractors and people stealing.  

I mean it ain't Beverly Hills, but I wouldn't be afraid to walk down the street day or night.

I'm also thinking of reading up on outer state properties but afraid to risk failing because I'm working too hard and don't want to waist 3 years but it's always been my dream to be a landlord.
