I'd advise sitting down and really ironing out what are your bottom dollar needs to simply live as frugal as necessary, should you have to rely on the cash flow at some point.

Fortunately I was able to write off the carpets I installed the 5th year, and the 8th year, when I did re-carpeting on the 10th year, but the original one, I stuck with as it's in one big depreciation account, not componentizing it.Also, use a CPA as he's been advising me of new laws on depreciation, when a few years ago, advised me I could write off 50% right away on improvements I done.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.

@Noel Lopez I would not advise that you take the route of closing in personal name and quit claiming to LLC after wards like many people on BP advise.
