Cash out refinance under an llc

Noel Lopez
Posted

Hello everyone I have a few properties owned outright under my llc. I would like to do a cash out refinance on one of the properties under my llc. Will I have a difficult time to get financing long term with a favorable rate? I’m located in New Jersey anyone’s feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If you do it under your LLC it would be a commercial mortgage. If you want the best rates you have to put it under your name and deed it back over after closing. Make sure to speak with your bank if you go that route though.
