I was planning on reach out to Xavier's student housing to get put on their website but I like your idea better. 

I'm not sure what the regulations are for how many mobile homes I can put on that property for the size and traditional websites have no data for the rental market in that area for me to gauge the market for myself.  

Then hit the internet websites and see if there are any recent sales to estimate current market value.

There is tons of information on this website and the podcasts are very informative especially.
