Hello,

I'm Tim and I'm new to this website and new to real estate investing, I'm interested in getting started as soon as possible.

My goal for 2016 is to have $700 or more in passive income from real estate.

I was thinking about getting started with doing 1-5 wholesale deals

buying my first buy and hold

then put together a deal with investors or partner to buy & hold / fix & flip  10 - 15 deals for 2016

I've joined this group for education, networking and resources.
