If you already have two tenants, that means your rental unit has been approved..your tenants are screened (since they have to be screen through the housing authority) and you get to promote your rental place for free?

Almost take the house tenant free or have some form of an agreement to vet the tenant above and beyond. 

If i would have financed it for 15 or 20 years the payment would smaller which would have allowed me to have enough money generated enough money to pay all expenses including taxes
