That would be for 20 yr 3-tab, like what's probably on there today.If you have to get it checked out, make sure it's early in the morning before it gets hot or you'll cause more damage.

oh i realized after i posted and read it this morning that i left out one important point in my last post.the plans you make before you actually have a clue - are just plain silly.mine were so silly, that everytime i think about them or find an old piece of paper with "plans" on them from about 8 months ago or so, i want to slap myself.when i started out - my intentions were so over-the-top and grandiose in scheme, that at some point, i had to just say :protest: i had to sloooowwww down - focus on information.

There are garages very close to the Weichert Office, but if you're going to be making that trip 30-40 times for class it will probably add up quickly.As far as finding a broker - I'd recommend making a list of what's important to you, and then grading them by that list.

When it comes anywhere near service, a panel or anything larger than simply swapping out items, I leave it to the pros.I had one outlet on me trip the breaker after replacing it.
