I'm an agent in Oklahoma and we have a Seller Finance addendum written up by the state real estate commission that functions just like an FHA or Conventional Loan addendum to a sales contract.This is, of course, standard when you purchase a home with bank financing.

LLC is just for legal protection here as the LLC is a passthrough entity for tax purposes.

Most of the courses that promise to walk you through the process and have mentors make money . . .just not for you! 

Just check around to a couple of mortgage brokers. 

Subscription just means you pay them a processing fee only and not commission.

So I just created an LLC and it was formed with the State about a week ago so I have a little under 70 days left to decide which tax classification I would like to elect before it is defaulted as a disregarded entity, for a single owner. 

It is just out of price range.So, what can I do?!

If you just need "written notice" then an email will suffice.
