Go to a different lender.Perhaps the bank has an internal policy for underwriting where they wont loan more than 1 owner occupied property within a 2 year period to the same person.We have been told by just about everyone that the standard is you move in within 60 days, and live there for at least a year.

Look for things on how long they have been in the business, what markets are they in, what's their reputation, what are their internal process, etc.

They're always oversubscribed and there's an internal tension between wanting to commit enough capital to get into the deal and wanting to invest in more opportunities and not be over-exposed to one deal / one sponsor / one city. 

They're looking for a single family home, budget $500k, and aiming to house hack a room to medical interns, residents, traveling nurses, etc.

They are simple to set up, easy to implement and sometimes less expensive than international plans.

In IL, their response times (and constant change of turn over internally) was leading to a poorer quality service for my tenants.
