The last thing you'd want is to have a huge tax bill and a failed project.Don't mean to be a debby-downer, but also wouldn't want to see you lose a significant chunk of what you've built up in equity (great job btw).

I will have around $80k in equity by December so I was thinking it may be a good idea, however, sticking with a good umbrella policy and avoiding all the fees to maintain an LLC seems like the best bet for now.
