General Question about a third property and how best to leverage it.
Newbie here. Looking to purchase a third residence. Primary residence (US) have $600K in equity/ owe $450K. Second residence $300K in equity (international) fully owned and generates rental income. Looking to buy third international for $130k in all cash deal and would rent as well. Don't want to refi because we have a 2.9APR. Would you suggest second mortgage on US property or selling stocks. I kind of don't want to sell any holdings. TIA!
