Since the word "landlord" implies you are the "lord of the land", you probably don't want to represent yourself as that either.Our lease identifies the owner (just their name or their LLC, etc.) and then identifies us as the owner's agent for the lease.Of course, check with a knowledgeable real estate attorney in your state.
