The problem was back in the 80s when Houston was booming a lot of home builders was buying galvanized pipes, the outside was galvanized but the inside was not.

LolYou will be fine if I used the hey you don,t get any cash flow argument that op have posted I would have never bought the 4 acres I own in Rohnert park that is now directly across the street from the casino and is coming into the city as mixed use resi.
