It also doesn’t typically mean the overall premium goes down, as the other rating factors are increasing more and this tiny decrease is lost in the overall total.   

I would also look at some ads, maybe even call on some ads and ask what the requirements are to see what others in this area are charging. 

At this time, that would not be the best option for me.

@Mark Alford I see a few lending institutions that I’ve worked with in the past that are offering this.
