I go behind my realtor and check her on that stuff, that's just something you should never trust anyone else to do.I'm a pretty big fan of paying other people to do the real work, admin, accounting, making flyers, etc.

I wasn't a fan for anyone except the really large portfolio people.Self-dealing IRS rules aren't something I'm at all an expert in, but if the 'lender' is paid a fair interest rate I don't see why they would care.
