Hello, I was looking around the site tools and was wondering why there isn't any options for Canadian locations, it would be awesome if there was an update to include us on the site.If any Canadians know of any tools for us to do market analysis it would be awesome to see a link thanks.

From my perspective (news, social media, tax laws) it's a mess.

I've tried the most obvious route and went through social media with no luck. 

Wondering if any Canadians use this forum?

My question is how far off the first are they, I have heard of some tenants on social security or pensions that don't get paid until the 3rd or 4th and most landlords are happy to work with them as they have guaranteed income. 

I recommend jumping into different social groups, attending conferences, check out YouTube for videos, and connecting with others in the space.
