Hi my fellow Bigger Pocket community, I'm Felipe a realtor with eXP. I'm happy to be a part of this awesome community. I recently read a book, Real Estate Note Investing, by Dave Van Horn. It's a great book and I highly recommend it. After reading the book, I'm now very interested in real estate note investing myself. I was wondering if any of you fine people might have some insight on how to get started? Thank you guys in advance for any information!
