You can, however, go on Ebay and find rogue sellers that will discount about 25%, of course without official Tempurpedic 20-year warranty, they're just offering an in-house warranty, only good if they're still around.So I researched further, looked at Amazon, and eventually landed at Costco and Sam's Club sites.

What you are seeing in Seattle is a huge demand being driven by an increase in employment (Amazon etc..) and construction not being there yet to keep up (and a little summer mania I think.)Wish I could say that it was a bubble and you should wait it out, but I don't think it is.
