I recently got my Real Estate License, but most of my time has been taken up converting a school bus into a tiny house (instagram.com/gilliganphantom), and taking care of our newborn baby!

I let her know about my return trip in advance and my budget for the new property and we spent a half day looking at properties that she scoped out for me in advance... but it took me 4 years to settle and then save again after the move.

Should I require she takes those home with her after every trip and not keep them stored in the garage?

Too many things that can trip up a deal and the attorney fee will help you avoid any critical gotchas.

In order to write-off the trips to the property, is keeping a log enough?

Also, I went on a scouting trip to Jax in October and met up with Chris Carson .

There are so many better ways to collect the rent than making multiple trips to collect it in person.
