How many new investors start throwing money at Facebook ads without even learning how to install a Facebook pixel on their site?

Other than that, I don't think you have a strong enough to case to waste time throwing money at.  

Two things to throw in here.

You could try to scoop it up, clean it out, refinish the cabinets and throw it up on MLS.

Document all items that you throw away just in case.

Even if you don't wind up with a property that 10k underwater when your done, your target audience is still going to be people in that community who generally don't have much respect for your product, or money to pay for it.

I could not find anything specific online, but it seems like throwing money into a black hole and relying on the manager's reports vague annual K1s would not provide sufficient financials of what is really going on.Vil

I have no way to guarantee I can make the 90% rented, but with adding online marketing I will reach a much larger audience than who is currently able to find this property.

I think it’s a faster way to throw offers out without wasting anybody’s time.
