It may not be fancy but if you find the right folks to rent it it's a sweet deal Or try to talk an owner into a couple thousand down and $200 a month or best deal you can arrange.Did one that rents for $650I don't really count them as assets,wife considers them trash LOL But they bring in more money than the nice ones.
