I don't know enough about Portland, but yes Seattle is adding a lot of supply and is something to be aware of.

He's helped out realtors and an investor with lawn service on their listed homes and also delivering supplies for a homebuilder, so he'll be happy to give you a free estimate and work with you too.

I cold called the owner as soon as I saw it and I negotiated via email for the most part and phone a little bit.

I like the Houston multifamily market, however, it's a little more challenging to navigate, and it looks like supply is ramping up there since the hurricane last year.

I dont know much about  the supply and demand there but the demographics look good to me
