The market is/was insane here and I think it's more a product of luck/timing than strategy - I personally would stay away from buying an individual condo unless you're happy living in it (which is completely fine).

The general consensus was that there is no low cost leads and this is falsified info from evil gurus looking to sell you a product.

What financial product?

Too much competition from rookie investors who will over bid you every time, skimp on repair costs and put a bad product back on the market.  

All in all a very nice product.  

The primary goal for the insurance company when selling products like this is to make money for them, not for you. 

I have a need for such a product in a converted space that we are rewiring/plumbing for a small D/W. 

Get familiarized with the terms, products, and situations.

I think most developers hang their hat on their product and you want to be associated with the best.

Also, they give life lasting warranty for all the products you buy from their store.
