I was like a son to him and I worked for him as a young naive man at 22 years old. 

Long story short, a lady passed away (very sad) and her son took over the property.

Btw, this plumber was a certified plumber and the son in law of the business owner. 

My son manages my rentals.

The alternative was to search  around  Albany where my son has stayed in the past with our friends who live there and also  look for multi family properties.   

My son goes to daycare in Naperville so I unfortunately know the costs!

I invest with my son as a manager.  

I have a 2 year old son and another baby boy on the way (October 27).

You need to dig up an underground auction, feuding children estate sale (our last deal in Northern VA), or desparate off-market deal (a prior deal where a mother/son agent team double ended and hooked it up).

I have two sons and really want to teach them how knowledge is power.
