Hey just curious if anyone from Long Island out here knows of any REI meet ups going on or anyone interested .

Because of the carryforward/ backwards clause, we may be able to sell 2 buildings by year end and another next year --- seems too simple though....anything else we should consider (other than keeping it -- we want to be on a desserted island with no phones someday!)

Since hearing on a recent podcast and after a friend encouraged me to share, I thought I would share 1 of my success stories from earlier this year.I purchased a single family house with a guest house on about 1 acre of land in my area (Island County Washington).  

I will say however that Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, and certain areas of the Bronx are very viable options for these deals but price points are not anywhere near $100K.

Basically i see you have a "Island Hotel" so to speak where everything is run by your comapny.

I have family in Pensicola, Merriet Island and Coco.

I was curious to see what the other Rhode Islanders thought about the Real Estate market in Westerly and Misquamicut , Rhode Island.

I may eventually venture into the FAR West side (In the far future I would eventually like to end up in the Catawba island area), but for the foreseeable future I will be purchasing East where I know the lay of the land.
