Investors ignore the warning signs, only see the $$$$ and buy properties that are very hard to find good tenants.

They may never see the property they're buying because they might live states or countries away.

I see the need to be more modern with my organizational skills, but will always have the good ol trusty pen and paper handy! 

I see the $25K as something that could help expedite the possible upgrading the home to get the rental process started.

I'm late to the party but can't wait to see the place!

But I most likely will (according to MY definition) when I see the bottom of the next real estate cycle.

I've been looking in the New Jersey area (Newark) since it's close and i see the area has potential as well as the prices.

Of course when I am in the position I plan to make the appropriate contributions to my parents as I see the value and necessity for me to practice budgeting as well as to show gratitude to my parents.

I see the value in obtaining a beginner agent as they are hungry for business since they have not much under their belt yet and would be willing to let someone help them in attracting investor deals for their clients.

I imagine some employing brokers will see the value in that and consider me a pretty safe bet.
