And I didn't even have as gun in my face (yet...).It's just the constant maintenance of the properties and the tenants erodes the bottom line in reality, despite how lucrative it seems on paper.

@Scott MacHe’s claiming that the bottom of the fender got ripped off and wants us to pay for it.There are no cameras so it’s  hard to verify what speed he was driving at.
