This is probably an accurate source, but thought I’d just run this and post it in BP to see if anyone have anything that could rely on to identify a percentage value to the land.

I do realize that TAV is less than Fair Market Value, but if the owner has no valid apprisal I want to rely on TAV as a sort of established datum (made by official tax Municipal dep)...Is this a good approach❓
