I'm weary of evicting right now as I've already a few tenants who are in the eviction process during covid and unable to get any progress on that front.Comparatively, 3 of my units with a total of 7 residents generate a 200$ water+sewer bill, billed every 2 months.

@Liam Galbraith according to your criteria your best bet is Guthrie or a few other places we can chat about, but I'll give you the same guidance I've preached en mass to many:  Path of progress is NOT a thing in Oklahoma City. 

I currently have a deal in progress, however, the seller wants to choose the title company.

I was holding two projects with no progress, and I reached out to Mike to see if he could come in and help me out.

We plan to move into multi-family and commercial as we progress, but still plenty of learning to do about those topics. 

The police precinct nearby was destroyed during a protest and it is challenging to get the cops to come if there isn't a crime in progress.
