As a flip that didn't leave enough room for us to be happy but as a rental I think the guy got a good deal.The second property was on a little dirt side street (or so I thought).

You get to see the colors up on the walls that I assume are currently popular, often times find the paint cans in the garage with the color name or code, see what the pros are choosing for floor/cab/counter combos and you just might find a good realtor to do business with later on.

I've been there with a house on a busy street.

I think it's one of those situation, where I'd be better off to come up with a mutal agreement, like cash for keys, or to give them a month or 2 or something, than trying to push them onto the street, when they're really not deadbeats or doing this in purpose.What would you do?

Hey BP I hope everyone reading this is having a great weekend so far.My mom referred over to me a lady who sold my parents 2 lots for their business many years ago and is looking to offload some properties, particulary one that is just across the street from my parent's business location.

I was a little hesitant but he said he had done a lot of research on the area and checked everything out with street view and was comfortable renting it without seeing it.

It's adjacent to the college with Whole Foods going in across the street.

I did see some new home building occurring about a half mile up the street but I am unsure if that will translate into changing the dynamics of these lots.
