We use Allure in the dining rooms of the halfway house that I work at and we have one them out, but it takes two to three years before we wear out the wear layer which is the top, the pretty part that you see.

It may be easier for you to qualify for a three or four unit that's $700,000 than a duplex that's $630,000.  

They will dispatch a service to fix the problem and then one of three things happens: it was either a free courtesty service, or: they will charge your account (and deduct it for next months rent, not from the sec dep, so if they don't pay, the rent is short, which will trigger a late notice that can lead to eviction), or: they will give you a written notice and enforce the rules and regulations you have signed.

I also read on bigger pockets that my wife and live in the other multi-family home and that counts as "owner occupied"TL;DR Can we use a VA loan twice at one time, to purchase 2 4-unit properties, and can she occupy one property and i occupy the other that counts as owner occupied?
