I'd like to modernize the experience for tenants of the properties so I am concerned with tenant features on the AIO platform e.g.; Turbotenant seems to offer more to tenants with the credit building feature and more options to pay.

We’re working with a local agent, just published it recently in the traditional platforms (StreetEasy and Zillow), and looking for additional ideas.Hit me with your best strategies!

After completing that, all you have to worry about is advertising it on STR platforms (VRBO, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc). 

I can't tell you the number of times they have helped me through their forum and all the insights provided. 

Consider using platforms like investorlift.com or networking with reputable wholesalers in your area.
