Mixing a for-profit business with a non-profit agenda is not something I would recommend to a new investor.Generally speaking lower income neighborhoods have more crime and lower property values.

Have an animal policy with criteria in place (I say animal because pets in California are evolving into assistive, therapy and service animals at a breakneck pace.

Their agenda will be do convince you to hire them.  

This is much more complicated than people speaking about realize, you can inject political agendas to rock the boat but the boat isn't going to turn around.

They are simply owners, usually with an agenda, or owners who like to boss other people around.  

They are, after all, only owners, usually with their own agenda, and if you get one that wants to block future renters and can garner the support needed to change the condo rules, it won't end well.  

At the current pace, the debt pass through petitions and evictions for this year alone will likely surpass the last 16 years combined.  

Whatever you do if you are able to connect with the renter in a way that provides the message that you two support the same agenda then things will go much more smoothly. 

But, one guy with an agenda sweet talks everyone, gets in on a ballot and gets enough votes to force us all to pay for his garage doors.  

We all know that is the City Councils socialist agenda...they have made no secret about it.
