Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Apparently, they are owned by the 10x PM company and at this time we are inclined to work with 10x as our PM so it makes sense to consider the "Nailed It" construction company as long as I get some positive feedback here :-)

The general reason (avoiding any personal thoughts on wholesaling as a business) is that when you have a license, any fee you get for transacting or assisting in real estate must go through your brokerage and they must take their percentage.
