It's being a great leaning process as a set things up to dive in soon.

The one property I would let her walk at night  to collect the rent , the other one I would but she would have to call me when she got there.

Every footstep, middle of the night trip to the bathroom, her alarm sounding in the morning, etc. were all becoming a problem.

The web site is something that I can afford to have done so I can continue doing more important tasks to find deals.Mailers, answering the phone, wife 4 kids, mow lawn, part time job, driving for dollars, podio, probate listings, Excel files, chess, video games, $$$, call leads, oil change, eat, sleep, breath, omg kid again, twice in one night, how is that even possible. lol Yea you know the drill.          

Thanks for the advice, I will continue to dive deeper into current listings and evaluating their potential. :)

Lots of energy there last night.

Now that doesn't happen over night and takes a lot of hard work, driving around and keeping an eye on the solds.  

If you're coming over for fun, then maybe the city museum for an adult night might be in order... but bring your running shoes :)
