How did you finance this deal?

I intend to keep the property and recoup my entire investment + more.Here's a breakdown of the deal:Land Purchase: I secured the land for $200,000.Construction: The construction of this impressive 4-bd, 3-ba property spanning 1800 sq. ft. is estimated to cost around $600,000.Construction Financing: I've partnered with a lender, leveraging a construction loan disbursed in stages.

I am very confused about whether it is best to pay cash (which I would not have to borrow) and then do delayed financing , get a DSCR loan, or something else. 

Hi Rob,There are line of credits out there for investment properties, typically financed by local banks, but the rates are higher and the LTV is usually much lower.

I have a few deals I'm working to get seller financing on but will require a down payment.

The main issue with multifamily STR deals is financing.

My low-tech way for doing this has been to get a legal pad and write a different subject across the top of each page: Tenant Screening, Financing, Landlord Tips, Finding Housing, etc.  

Creative finance is definitely a great strategy right now.
