From what I have read on this forum about Zillow, investors don't put any faith in those numbers.I would ask a realtor to pull information of 2 family houses sold within 0.25 miles of this property within last 6 months.

My initial thought is to get it rent-worthy and put a tenant in it--the rental market is very good here--but it is a small house a few miles from town with a large wooded lot.
