I'm looking into attending some REI meetings this week.

I have learned so much and I am excited to meet others on this forum

Very interested in chatting and meeting active investors.

For example, have a local guy coming to share on our Oct 9th meeting about Lease Options. 

When meeting with a lender, what are some important questions that should be asked.

I’m a new investor in Tucson, AZ wanting to get into the flipping business to raise capital with the long term goal of investing into multi-family.Does anyone have any experience or recommendations in how to properly incentivize contractors to stay on schedule and meet cost targets?

If they don't take the time to meet with you, its probably not the right fit anyway. 

Tap their brains for an hour or so each, and after these meetings you should have a great idea on which one fits your personality/goals more. 

I think that is why when you meet people that have been doing it along time, they dont get excited or depressed, very mellowed.
