I am wondering about saving time in terms of cleaning. 

I hear people say they bought their first property, maybe they say they bought it with cash or some sort of financing, but I never really see any numbers that go along with it.I currently have $25k saved in the bank. 

What type of debt is the $24k if it is credit card debt pay that off before you do investing of any kind because the interest you will save will be the safest and highest and best use of your money over any investment.
