If they are legitimate business expenses and you maintain the appropriate documentation, why leave money on the table?

I don't know if your foreclosure auction nullifies an otherwise legitimate lease (if it exists).

i see on your page that you show properties renting for $1050 that should legitimately rent for $650-$700.  

Kevin - I have been attending seminars and bootcamps since 2003 with a lot of different results and some pretty strong opinions on who I think is legitimate.

If the answers are no then it doesn't look legitimate.

However, the title company they share an office with was probably the worst title company i have ever dealt with.Overall, I would consider them a legitimate company.

The others have made legitimate concerns and I see No good that can come from this situation for you .

@Nicholas ErnstI have been a member since 2007 and I can honestly say that it is a fantastic legitimate group worth joining.  

The turnkey operator turned out to be a convicted felon running another scam (actually I think it was a legitimate business for some years - they renovated and sold thousands of foreclosures, but must have gotten in over their heads).
