Main corridors along the light rail are seeing improvement.

Supposedly stays all winter and keeps the heat in and lets the light in.

But I'm curious--what has been your experience with late fees, and how do you deal with your late fee policies in light of these laws?

I don't put that clause in my contract lightly. 

Does anyone have experience with this area that may be able to shed some light on owning a rental in this neighborhood.Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't point you either to where it says running a red light is against the law, but because it's a law I deal with on a daily basis I know that it is in fact against the law to run a red light, the same way I deal with TRID on a daily basis and know that it's against the law to disclose the other sides numbers.

I am plagued with how to finance the purchase of lots and development of RV pads, landscaping, etc.

Survey other nearby parks to see what they charge per month for lot rent as well as what is included in the rent (trash, water, sewer, street lights, etc.).  

I was thinking of working for them but I also had the idea of creating my own landscaping company like mowing lawn taking leaves and shoveling snow off people drive ways.
