I want to invite our tenant to fill out an addendum to her lease to include the new occupant so we have it on record.

I can see a nice park having other amenities as well that would give a club atmosphere to it.Any financing arrangement that has a security interest in the property, by deed or by other agreements is what makes a mortgage arrangement, title must pass in the transaction to the borrower.

Join a local real estate investment association (REIA), invite people out for coffee or lunch and ask them what they do.
