I fear the plan you have layout will be discouraging enough without help from me.

I viewed one property recently I wouldn't pay more than 70K for (they were asking 89K - I didn't even make an offer as the layout was awful and it was only a two-bedroom without the ability to add a third) and it sold for 105K. 

I've even gotten them for as little as $500, but I did all the leg work first and knew the exact layout I wanted and could do, met with the city, etc. 

- Lay out the conditions and get a "pre-buy in" on your offer.4 - I showed you screenshots of my lead campaigns, how I generated the leads, results from the campaigns, and how the leads were organized...I'm totally confused as to how you would miss this.5 - I went through an step by step list filtering demonstration and showed you how to get different leads than most people. 

Views, great layout, tons of storage, quiet dead end street, great schools, hiking trails. etc. 

Of course, equity can be had under the right acquisition circumstance such as "distressed or inherited sellers".Let's lay out a couple of examples: 1) A $100k OOS flip to make $20k, or a $1M flip here in NorCal or SoCal to make $200k.

But I would imagine, based on layout, the buyer would be an owner/occupant company that needs the full space.  

Very intuitive and well designed compared to other popular dialers out there like Call Tools and what not.

Fyi I can't stand Pipedrive and found Insightly to be more intuitive and best of all they provided a 2 user license for $0.00 per month
