As I learned from a mentor that a lot of other people "have" including myself as well is everything on that course the information, the processes, even the citations are all information you can find either on bigger pockets, the internet or books.

I know I'm out on a limb here but I've scoured the internet to come up with nothing and on the off chance someone has experience with this I could avoid an attorney bill for the sake of my curiosity.

Some have different layouts so you can add it to floor 1 yet not 2 and 3 or floors 2/3 are good yet floor one has a different layout (of course anything can be done for a price, yet stating in reasonable terms). 

@Jeremy Willis Most likely they’re repackaging information you can get for free on the internet, from books or here on BP.
